I want to personally invite your son or daughter for a fun weekend of Basketball! North high school staff and former players will be providing individual attention and direction that will help your child become a better basketball player. We want each kid to have a positive and rewarding experience at camp! I hope to see you all at Davenport North this fall.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY Release and Indemnification: As parent (legal guardian) of This participant, I hereby consent to her participation in the NBBA basketball program and assume all risks of injury resulting from such participation. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NBBA and Davenport Public Schools for any claim of liability. In addition, in consideration for permission granted to my son by the NBBA to participate in its program, I hereby release and discharge the NBBA, its board, sponsors, coaches, coordinators and all other participants from all claims, demands, actions, judgments and executions which I or my child may have against the NBBA, its board, sponsors, coaches, coordinators and all other participants for all injuries caused by or arising out of the basketball program of the NBBA.
